Let’s face it, decluttering and organizing your home can be hard – it takes mental and physical strength. You have to stay focused and energized to have a productive day. You have to make lots of little decisions about what to keep and what to toss. There may be a few tears, and hopefully, there are some laughs too!

  • Plan your Tomorrow
  • Relax and Unwind from Today
  • Make Sleep a Priority

#2 Create a Morning Routine

  • Do Self-care before emails/social media/getting into work mode
  • Review your plan from last night, make changes if necessary
  • Choose 1 big goal to focus on Today

#3 Eat!

  • Do not skip meals
  • Eat a healthy breakfast and keep snacks handy
  • Pick 5 superfoods to add to your diet

#4 Set a Timer  – Use Pomodoro Technique

  • Choose a Task
  • Set timer for 25 minutes
  • Stay on task and ignore distractions
  • Take a short break
