You have to make lots of little decisions about what to keep and what to toss. There may be a few tears, and hopefully, there are some laughs too!

#3 Eat!
- Do not skip meals
- Eat a healthy breakfast and keep snacks handy
- Pick 5 superfoods to add to your diet

#4 Set a Timer – Use Pomodoro Technique
- Choose a Task
- Set timer for 25 minutes
- Stay on task and ignore distractions
- Take a short break
